When Diana's long lost uncle arrives on the scene, Trixie investigates to make sure Uncle Monty is who he says he is.

Trixie and Honey linked arms as they left their homeroom. "I happened to notice that Di was miserable." "The bus will be leaving in a few minutes."
Trixie complains about her weekend homework. Lonely Di Lynch always dresses as though she were going to a party. Heading home from school with a great weekend planned.
Mart raced off up the driveway. They trotted off single file. "I heard every word you said," she stormed.
Mart leaves Trixie and Bobby
to clean the garage themselves!		 The Belden kids go for a
horseback ride.		 Diana, dressed in an evening
gown, is hurt by Miss Trask's words.
"Fifty-two cards in a deck!" Diana jumped up, her violet eyes blazing. "Patch has learned a lot."
Why does Bobby insist on taking his
whole toy box to bed with him?		 Diana lets Trixie have it! Patch demonstrates what
a good dog he is.
"Little pitchers have big ears." The girls completed plans for the Halloween party. "Mr. Wilson has brown eyes," Trixie said.
Trixie orders the exuberant Bobby
out of the stables.		 The girls make party plans! The Bob-Whites discuss Di's Uncle
Monty at the Halloween party.
They took their wigs and masks and put them on. And then Uncle Monty himself was in the room. "I don't get it," Brian said.
Trixie feels a bit dizzy after
they don their masks.		 Uncle Monty catches
Trixie snooping!		 Brian doesn't want to
believe Trixie's theory.
"The first chance I get I am going to Hawthorne Street!"
While Honey measures curtains in the
clubhouse, Trixie tries to convince
her that Uncle Monty is a phony.
